Sounds like a win win situation ... I'm off to Holland & Barrett asap. I take a massive handful of various capsules every morning ... 2 massive oil, 1 multi vitamin, 1 aloe vera, 1 echinacea, 1 vitamin D and 3 Prozac!! A couple more capsules will be as nothing!!
