Get them to a vet ASAP. Puppies can dehydrate very quickly and you need to find out what is going on.

At least speak to the vet, they may be able to give you something to rehydrate them, you really need to find out what is causing the upset tummies, is mum ok? has she ate anything different that is coming through in her milk? are there any signs of mastitis?

Have you had visitors that could have brought an infection into your home? have they been handled by people with other pets etc.

I would certainly think the vet would be the right place to go.

This is not a good sign for puppies at such a young age. I would at least ring vet. If vet close by take a sample to vets. This might aviod them getting any infection ect but visiting the vet. Are they showing any other signs?
