thanks all, Im not really sure if they will be able to tell him much today or not,

when he used to go before for check ups, it always involved blood tests and chest xrays,

But im not sure what they will do today.

When the appointment came in, it was done more in the manner of a new patient, with a letter telling him all the parking, yada yada, which he has not had for years with his appointment cards as hes been there hundreds of times,

Dougies home,

The appointment was with the consultant that over seen dougies treatment last time, though this is the first time he met him, its normaly just a doctor he sees,

He took bloods, but doesnt seem overly worried, though he is not pleased that dougies doctor signed him off from he annual appointment with the beatson, Dougie is part of a case study and the doctor should never have stopped his appointment.

He did say dougie needs....to take his testosterone daily... he also explained why,
Dougies a nightmare he forgets it all the time.
If dougies blood markers come back high, they will get him back into the beatson very quickly,
If his liver count continues to stay high, he will be referred to a liver specialist.

Though he did say dougies problems with weight will not be helping his liver? not sure how that works, but it does take us back to dougie not taking his testosterone properly..eg..if he takes it daily like hes ment to, the weight will come off quicker.

That seems quite positive. You'll need to make up laminated signs and stick them to the inside ofthe front door on the dash on the van, a smaller one to put in his wallet and an even smaller one to attach to his key ring, kinda like annother key ring saying DOUGIE TESTOSTERONE in bold!

xx
