My aunt passed away last night

I'm sure some of you will remember that I posted about my aunt being in and out of hospital. It's been going on for about 3 months and she has been in a convalescent home for a while now. She was admitted back into the main hospital again yesterday with a 3rd bout of pneumonia and sadly passed away last night.
She was my mum's last living relative and although we all knew that it was only a matter of time, it doesn't make it any easier.
