Presa Canairio youngster

I have a 8/9 month old male castrated Presa on my books the owner cant walk him nothing to do with him he is just young so he is to much for her
he is house trained good with her grand children and other people he is fawn
can some one offer him a great home as a pet.....He is in Wales.....
