Thinking of Amy (and you) although I'm sure everything will be fine.

Thank you all so much

The spay has been cancelled due to her dripping blood as i lifted her onto the table so, it seems season number 2 has arrived slightly earlier than expected.

However, we have been having problems with her skin and she will still be having an anaesthetic so they can take scrapes and biops.

Just have to wait for the call now

Just to update you all, Amy is home, the scrapes they did have come up a blank, they are sending 3 biopsies to the lab in the hope of finding what the problem is with her skin.

She has 3 lots of stitches from the biops and 3 grazes where they did the scrapes, has been given an injection to stop her scratching and antibiotics to heal the wounds they have made from the scrapes.

Shes happy to be home if not a little subdued, she is currently tucking into some scrambled egg, which she is polishing off no problem.

Wont know anything for 2 weeks, when we have to go back to have the stitches removed and get the results of the biops. Seems she has already forgiven me for the ordeal she has been through today. She just has to take things easy for the next few days.

Aww Bless Amy and you {{{Hugs}}} I hope the results come back soon, and they can find out what's wrong with her skin, so they can make her better x

Hi,

So pleased she's home. Shame her spay couldn't go ahead but maybe better for her to get her skin prolems sorted first.

I'm sure she's forgiven you - if she's eatng then she's not sulking!

Hugs to you both.

Laura xx
