Langford Veterinary Services - Anyone been?

Hi all,

Thanks for taking the time to read this.

I am taking my dog to Langford Vets (part of Bristol Pet School) on Monday for a referral. We have been told he will need to stay overnight.

I was just wondering whether anyone else has taken their dig there and was their opinion of the place was.

Thanking you in advance.

I was referred there 6 weeks ago with my dog and he had to stay over night. he has to go back on Tuesday as well.

overall impression was pretty good we had over an hours consultation and discussed my full dogs medical history and was asked questions they then examined my dog and also took him away to examine him without us there as he was a bit excited.
they kept us informed the whole time he was there and talked to us in great length about everything.

Thank you very much for your reply.

We will be there Monday & Tuesday as well! I'm really hoping they get to the bottom of what is wrong with my doggie.

Thanks again, good luck on Tuesday.

Used to live v.v. near there and only ever heard good things about it (was in work-owned accomodation - boarding school - so couldn't/didn't have pets of my own back then though).

I have had four dogs operated on for laryngeal paralysis there. I was very pleased with them, they kept me informed at all times.
