Nope, in the winter most of their exercise is done in the dark, never noticed any diffeence in their behaviour. I often exercise them on the gallops near me, I never take a torch even if there is no moonlight, I LOVE it.

Yep, the collies seem to get spooked by everything and Jed dawdles even more than usual, it's almost as if he's willing me to turn back and go home.

Mouse can see better in the dark, so she's usually quite hyper at night. Oliver is hyper-alert at night and is even more scared of people at night, and Boo sees "ghosts" and odd shadows and barks alot more at night. Scout and Zoe act no different.

Fudge is scared of the dark in the back garden.It is where the fireworks were that scared her when she was little........She is however OK with the dark everywhere else!

Mine get walked in the winter in the pitch black on my working days. Doesn't bother them at all, or me as it happens -- I find it very peaceful!
