Lynn, I would never put my home at risk like that, the consequences are dire when you have a family and pets. I think to be honest they would be better backing out of wanting to buy your house and paying off some of their mortgage with the money they get from the house sale of their own.That way they will be more financially secure and not have a gigantic debt over their heads.
