I think CM is a marketing marvel. He gets bitten fairly regularly, kicks, presses buttons, forces etc, etc, etc, but puts a few catchy phrases to what he's doing and the viewing public often fall for it.

I'll betcha he could sell tree bark as chocolate and still get some folk to buy it

Pity his dog training isn't as good as his marketing to be honest because then he would be worth watching

To Rips and Dragonness

I apologise.

I jumped to the wrong conlusion after misreading a post.

I assumed their would be some jackass along any minute whom would interpret my liking for the phrase and idea of calm assertive energy as my being a cesar milan and dog kicking fan.

Rips - i thought that was what you did in your post.

I missed the subtlety of what you wrote, something i often complain at others for.

So apoligies for my rudernss and my compliments for actually being so restrained when i called you an idiot!

thank you! someone sees my point here

CAE and 'dog savvy' AKA 'dog sense' are two different things altogether.

CAE - one thing, your energy
'dog savvy' a term used to describe a collection of sense and qualities appropriate to 'knowing dogs'

Its funny that we have gone from discussing kicking & such to CAE to marketing lol. Speaking of marketing, couldn't CM technically be prosecuted for false advertising?

As with all things dog, how would you prove it beyond any reasonable doubt? Of course, most reasonable people who know anything about dogs would assume it to be obvious, but, judging by the following the guy has, there are many who agree with every word he says.
