Moving house

Starting to get the house ready to put it on the market ie empty the loft and decorate the 3rd bedroom its a bit of a junk room at present with computer in the middle and have decided to turn it into a office - full stop as it's a small bedroom and it's what we use it for. The other two bedrooms are very very good sizes
Oh yes and put new wallpaper up in the toilet. And put a fence up to seperate the dogs from the lawn - bitches and lawn do not mix when selling the house I don't think

ours went up for sale tuesday had two veiwins yesterday .
