Natural cure for false pragnancy?

Galastop is a remedy which contain Dopamine. The natural precursor for Dopamine is L-Tyrosine.

Have anybody here used this for false pregnancy with success, or would it be other natural cures which may be a better choice?

I used galastop on my female Dobermann as she kept having phantom pregnancies after every season so in order to have her spayed we used Galastop but it took 3 courses for it to end the phantom. She was then spayed.
