Get pregnant?
Get the Depo injection?

Seriously though apart from some super strength paracetamol and codeine or prescription painkillers and a hot water bottle I can't suggest anything. Fingers crossed I've never suffered from bad period cramps. I do cramp up on the day I ovulate ( too much information I know, Sorry) but at least that's only for 24 hours or so.

Justlou, I am on tablets from the doctor, they are hyoscine butylbromide (supposed to stop the cramping) and also on painkillers, co-codimol.

Inca i've been in the bath this mornin for 2 hours and just got back from taking the dogs out, moving about does help, thank you

Lilly i've been out to the shop and am sat with a box of choccies! lol.

I actually found doing exercises helped ease the pain, rather than sitting still, not a problem with me anymore lol.

I always reach for the strongest pain killers I can find as soon as there is any sign of pain and I keep taking them till it's gone...lol...that usually does the trick!
