Great pic Mini. I see a lot of the green ones around here early in the mornings, but I've never seen the black and white ones with the red heads. They have two in the garden every morning where I work now, so maybe I should take my camera up there and try and get a shot of those. He said they are huge compared to the green ones, do you get them in your garden too?

and your garden is lovely,, mine is awful needs sorting out but dont have the funds to do it right now

Lovely Mini. We have the Green ones in the Field at work, they are the ground feeders, but much more commonly we get the Greater Spooted ones in the Orchard on the nuts! I will try to get a pic.
