Have you taken her to the vets?

What are you feeding her? Has she been on this at the breeders? When did you get her? Has the vet tested stool samples for campylobacter, giardia, salmonella etc?

Has she been wormed?

I am not sure if you have a First Aid Box yet but I would put in some of the following immediately

Electrolytes eg Lectade, you can get those at the vet
Slippery Elm Food/Tree Bark Powder from eg Dorwest Herbs
Yumpro from lintbells - probiotics
Manuka Honey

You then have the tools with which to deal with the squits.

Generally speakin, IME, the most common causes of dire rear in puppies are:

over feeding
and change of water

outwith specific diseases

Good luck

Mine had diarrhea as well, changed the water and they were fine... problem where we are though is that we have agricultural water and not really fit for drinking.. as they got older slowly changed them to it and they are fine now.. also changed their food and the food they have been getting since is perfect.. hardly any runs at all.. don't think you can get the food where you are though as it is a Spanish make called satisfaction... even the vet had not heard of it but after reading up about it, thought it was excellent and now stocks it as well....
