Feeding dog adult food at 8 months

I just ordered dog food onine and I was so sad to see I ordered adult dog food becuase i was so sure i ordered his normal puppy food, my dog is a husky mix and he's 8 months. I don't really have the option of returning it because by the time the order is fixed he'll be starved as our old puppy food has run out. I guess I'm just asking for reassurance to how this could not be the worst thing. He eats blue buffalo chicken and brown rice so the flavor or brand didn't change just the difference in puppy to adult food.

It really won't matter.

Perfectly OK especially at 8 months. We often advise adult complete to some of our puppy owners as it has lower protein which helps to stop some of the over the top hyperactivity causing puppy biting and manic phases especially in the evening.

Variety is the spice of life, it's perfectly ok to switch. As a matter of fact you should be switching often anyway, plus after 6 months old they are not puppies anymore so an adult food will be fine.
