Marley, male Staffie, DOB 08.08.09 – Godstone, Surrey
Marley, Staffie, DOB 08.08.09 – Godstone, Surrey
Homing Requirements: Marley needs a family who can offer him time and training to achieve off lead exercise. Marley needs a family understanding of his breed traits and energy who can offer him an active lifestyle. Marley deserved a secure garden with exit management as with all dogs. He could live with another dog though will initially be excited or as an only dog.
His Story: Marley was bought home as puppy by the son and his parents found themselves with the responsibility for him when the son moved into a house which didn't allow dogs. The parents got 'their wish' a spaniel bitch puppy and we were alerted when she was coming into season and the family wanted Marley gone. We neutered, chipped and vaccinated him. Currently in kennels near Godstone, Surrey.
Advert: Marley is tall, dark and very handsome. What a special character with a willing cheer and so keen to please. Yes he can get excited and needs understanding of his bull breed 'hype'. Marley loves to let his fur down in a garden. He is housetrained and can /has been left. Marley was receptive to accepting a puppy into his house and so enjoyed the play but was too rough for his 'minders'. He loved to run off lead but needs training to secure his connection to his owner ... he can run! Marley would love an inclusive family life with time to settle him ready for being left for short periods.
Marley is a 4 year old black with white longer legged Staffie and a medium to large dog. Marley always has a joyful and easy manner. He is receptive to meeting dogs and could and has lived with another spending 8 months with a Spaniel pup. Marley needs a family who 'gets' his enthusiasm for life and enjoys his contribution into his family's life. Indeed he needs to be the centre of his family.
Please note that this dog is currently in boarding kennels and is also available for foster until a 'forever' home is found.
