I freeze them - but I didn't know you could give them straight from the freezer, I always defrost them first.

at a JRT dragging a heavy bone around!
My next door neighbour had a bone for Dave the daschound which was bigger than him The husband spent hours in the garden sawing it in half & gave the big bit to Tilly & the smaller bit to Dave, they were delighted

No problems. Knawing on it when partly thawed out seems to be favourite here.The cold doesn't seem to deter from having a good chomp. Mine have enjoyed a good munch on pieces of ice when that's in the garden.

I used to give them bones straight from the freezer, they preferred them that way!!
