Leo - 2yrs old Staffie Male
Leo, 2 years old, Fife (Photo To Follow)
URGENT
Leo's case is urgent as he found himself as a stray and is now in council pound kennels and sadly on borrowed time. Leo's situation is heartbreaking and unfortunately has not had alot of stability in his short life - was rehomed from council pound after a long period in kennels, spent 6 months in a new home before being sold due to a change of circumstances and then dumped by his new owner and now finds himself back in a council pound.
With Leo being a stray we do not have alot of information but the kennels have advised he has a good temperament, is 2 years old, black & white in colour, is used to children and does not seem too bothered by the other dogs in kennels - is fine with bitches but can sometimes be selective of the male dogs he likes.
Update (4/9)
We have managed to trace one of Leo's previous owners and he has provided us with the following information - lovely dog with a great temperament, great with people, has lived with children from aged 2 to 5 years of age, great with children although has a boisterous nature. Leo is generally fine with other dogs (dislikes staffies) and his recall is generally okay and he loves attention and his walks.
Leo is neutered and microchipped.
We are working hard to try and get this dog out of this situation and Leo will be rehomed through Staffie Rescue.
Leo will need an owner who will provide him with stability and his final forever loving home, if you feel you can offer Leo that second chance in life, please contact Sylvia at Langdykes Kennels on 01333 353546 or contact Christine Henderson or Sharon Hamilton at Staffie Rescue.
