Kodi Show Update

Just back from Kodi's 4th show.
He was entered in 3 classes and got 2 4ths/reserves and a 3rd

Rottweiler Junior dog/bitch : 4th
A.V. Working Minor Puppy Dog : 3rd
A.V. Working Puppy Dog : 4th

He was more intrested in giving the Rott judge kisses than standing still, he moved ok I think(will need to check with dad), but stood better for the AV judge but didnt move to good... which was my fault... need to practise running in a straight line

But he is only 7 months and it was quite a wait between his 1st class and his last 2, Also its not that bad considering I've been focusing on his obedience training more than his show training...

Got another few open shows over the next month and a half up here and the LKA Champ show in December... Dont think he'll get anything whilst down there but it will be good to get him use to the journey and hall whilst young... so that if he does ever qualify for crufts he will be use to it.

Thanks Carole ... I had a wee look round the boxer ring at the W&PBAoS for you but I couldnt see you, We really need to get Dogsey badges sorted out or something so we can spot other members at shows

So pleased to hear he was doing the usual puppy things. Kissing the judge and not standing still. He is only a baby and judges should make allowances. Know if I was judging I would.

Congrats again and just enjoy shohwing him
and his puppyhood they grow up so quickly.

Yeah Im just happy he is a happy lil chap who loves everyone and is not at all phased by the whole enviroment at shows

Have got another show this Saturday so will try and get some pics of him standing and a vid of him moving then... It's just hard cos its usually my mum that takes us(cant drive yet only 17) and she cant get use to the whole screen on camera instead of having to looking into an eye bit.... But she refuses to take Kodi in the ringlol: So they may not be that good a quality... But will try
