Hello from Israel! (puppy with weak legs)

Hi to you all. Last night a five week old Jack Russell puppy joined my family. He's gorgeous and my 10 year old cross breed is coming round, too. I notice he has weak hind legs and I wonder whether this is prevalent in puppies straight out of the litter (they didn't have much room to run around). I do hope he's fine. I'm taking him round to the vet's this morning.
