I know, but we never really heard the term as general public in dogs until they started using it for labradoodles. which is why I said that, probably not said properly, but I didn't say they coined the term, just that that's where it was most commonly heard by the average joe

Some of these crosses (mongres) cost more than some pedigrees, and as long as someone is always daft enough to pay these prices, they will keep breeding these poor dogs..

lol at the above pic!!
oo so i have a F1!! luckily i bought her from a breeder who said it was an accident and he was a cross breed!!! and only paid cross breed price for him as well!! and she didnt give him a funny name only called him a weim cross springer which he is!
