Morning all,

Feels cold again this morning, but not as cold as it has been. The frost on the ground yesterday was like snow, but today there’s none. Cloudy skies equal perhaps one degree warmer – tropical!

Out again today to Reigate – this place has about seven charity shops, which Jackie and I love. Of course the time to visit them is after Christmas, but what are you gonna do?

Today’s gem:
A woman was helping her husband set up his computer, and at the appropriate point in the process, the computer advised him that he would now need to enter a password. Something he will use to log on. The husband was in a rather amorous mood and figured he would try for the shock effect to bring this to his wife's attention. So, when the computer asked him to enter his password, he made it plainly obvious to his wife what he was entering by stating each letter out loud as he typed: P...E...N...I...S
His wife fell off her chair laughing when the computer replied:
**** PASSWORD REJECTED. NOT LONG ENOUGH***

Usual day for me - mucking out the horses (remind me why I have them ), taking dogs for a run, doing some much needed house work and trying to do a bit of my christmas shopping.

quiet day here. got cleaning, visit a friend, parents shopping and stay in for postman pat as waiting parcels. have spent far too much in the last week getting presents but all done now.

got to keep blackie as quiet as possible so that will take some doing.

im still in my nightwear. cant be bothered this morning. but should really get motivated or we will go hungry tonight, beef stew n dumplings mmmmmmm

got some prezzys to wrap as well. plus i want to go and visit some friends. but they all smoke around there and i come home smelling like an ashtray, plus my chest goes tight. so maybe a fleeting visit.
