Afternoon everyone.
Kazz that will be nice catching up with your old friend.

Nippy Jen about to put some links up.

Crossed off the list tiny cul-de-sac over parked etc.,

Crossed off the list. Loved the idea of a copse but my word parking dreadful houses on top of each other and nowhere to park.
http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-...-65947394.html
Crossed off the list. On a bend off a bridge so at night when dark if curtains not closed lights from traffic in windows. Plus tight bend if someone came round there quickly could end up in your house. Trying to get away from that worry. Also good luck achieving the full asking price no kerb appeal at all.

Possibility have to find it though couldn't locate it today.

Beth has been in contact can she arrange for valuation of property what dates do we have available ? ringing them Monday to give them our free dates and arranging asap. Also letting agents to come in to give them an idea of potential rental income and if they have clients who may be interested. Doesn't sound like they are waiting for sale of the flat does it ? Reckon they are looking to raise the money against there house possibly till the flat sells ?

Oooh Lynn, you are doing really well, mainly because you know what isn't going to work now.
Forgot to say about the fence saga. He got back to me with a date, he says he has webbed feet and gills it is so wet and he is way behind as I thought. So the date turned out to be a Tuesday, bone run day - after the fiasco last time of my message not getting to the boss and me losing my bones, I had to ask him too change it, so we now have Friday October 20 which is ages away, but at least I won't be penniless after I paid him as gives me more time to get some money behind me again. I can do my shopping on the Thursday and by Saturday I'll be fully and totally secure, got to order the bushes as well, I am getting these now

Oh yes june we know what works now and being in the same county really helps.
We said imagine if we had travelled from Harlow to look at those we have crossed off the list. It also means we can limit to a few rather than we had to last time 4-5 houses at a time and get bogged down mentally with what we are looking at.

Love the hedging we had pyracantha at one of our houses after a shed break in. Recommended by the police as we weren't allowed to put up barbed wire.
The pyracantha has beautiful orange berries.

Thats where I found it, on the police list of recommended intruder proof plants
Just tested Zen and she is ovulating, thought she seemed very interested in a boxer we passed on the way to the river. Day in tomorrow, she is an early bird like her mum. Those sticks are a godsend, I now know what the score is and when to give outings a swerve

Just want the spikes, berries would look nice, but spikes are of the ultimate importance, the longer and more hurty the better

Oh goody, toying with the idea of putting those carpet grippers on the other side at the top of the fence, because although the bush is fast growing it will not reach the top of the fence straight away and may not be hurty enough for a while
