I know your pain. We had to crate our Chorkie all the time when we first got him when we weren't home and at bedtime. As others have said It could be pent up energy but maybe it's also anxiety. My advice is teach her the quiet command so she stays quiet when you want her too. Put a comforting blanket and or small toy in the crate.
