Found a ferret in the back garden - suggestions!?

Have rang the local vets to say we've found it, ferret's currently contained in our cat's basket but obviously with two dogs (including a greyhound) and one cat and no clue - we can't really keep the chap around here!

About to try the RSPCA but not expecting joy there - anyone got any ideas of what we can do? Nottingham/Derby border if that's any help.

Dogs and cat currently going bonkers to get out in the back garden and doing my head in!

Thanks SB - doing some ringing around now while hubby's door knocking and the dogs are going ballistic... add in the fact we've got to go collect the car from the garage in 30 minutes and this is being an interesting evening!

Crisis averted - they've just discovered it was missing and were out when hubby was looking. Poor ferret's had a lucky escape - was about to let the dogs out for a pee!
