Transition to raw feeding

Can anyone give me any advice on making the transition from kibble feed to raw feed please.
Should I be weening her onto raw food or just making the change instantly?
I read somewhere about giving her plain yoghurt 1 before giving her raw meats to help reduce incidence of sickness and diarrhoea, but I have only seen this suggestion once and never found it again.
If anyone has any advice Id be very grateful.

You can change to raw feeding immediately, there is no need for a transitional period like there would be if you were going from raw to commercially prepared 'food'
My current litter of puppies knew instinctively how to handle chicken wings, drumsticks etc.

I just swapped them straight over once I'd made the decision to do it. I do feed natural bio yoghurt but like most things in this house it's fed randomly, If it makes you feel more at ease with raw feeding it certainly won't do any harm.
