hi everyone.... the vet confirmed, she is pregnant, she isn't producing milk yet but he said that doesn't mean anything because all dogs are different. If she is 6 or so weeks gone as we think she is then she is only expecting 3-4 pups, but he doesn't know specifically how many until we can tell him conception days.

Congratulations.. Yes..gentle walks are good but not in the hot part of the day,morning and evening are best.. remember what I said earlier about getting her used to sleeping in one 'safe' spot and order /get a whelping box and the other items asap..Staffy's book will be with you soon

Yes she can be walked but I only let mine have lead walks, I wouldn;t let her off lead just incase she got bumped or anything. Limit 'rough' play aswell.

I walked mine up until the day she gave birth, only about 5mins round the block. She'll let you know if she wants to go for a walk or not.

I'm sure you and your mum will do a great job with her

i have just been told what i am doing is wrong, and i should get her spayed. im trying so hard to do whats best and now i feel nothing more than waste.
