I daren't tell him that it is wishful thinking and the forecast if for much worse flooding

Oh Lynn, I agree with Eileen - dogs snoring are somewhat soporific and sweet; men on the other hand are just downright annoying Mine sometimes protests that he couldn't have been snoring cos he was awake Hmmm, I might have to record him one night.
