I find the site instructions to do it via Photobucket so fiddly I don't bother with it anymore and use TINYPIC instead.

Just go to tinypic, find the pic on your computer and upload it and use the link that says:
IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards
Click on that and copy it (ctrl+C) and plonk it in your post
