Aw Jackie I'm so pleased for you!

I'm glad you got them to do something sooner rather than later. Hope you're having a lovely sleep

Oh thank goodness you've had it done!

Please keep pestering them though for either a shunt date or a review of your meds - cos it really isn't on that they just leave you to cope with it!

So glad to hear you're feeling better and received the urgent care you needed (well eventually and sooner than the thread indicated). I've only just caught up with this thread so sorry for not thanking you for your earlier reply. I'm also with KateM - getting your Doc's to review your management program till the shunt date. Plus given your recent problems and stress added by the delay would it be worth having some kind of clear direction on what to do if the pressure builds up again before your shunt? And I don't just mean a plan for you, but one to show A&E Doc's and on-call Neuro Doc's so that you get appropriate treatment efficiently and with a lot less stress?

Peace out
L.

I think that's a good idea Littlelady.

So pleased to hear you had a good sleep Jackie.

I have a massive headache today, but I think it's partly due to lack of sleep and partly due to the weather. We've had fine weather for a couple of days, but today it's really close and pouring with rain. It always affects me when there's low pressure outside. Does the weather affect your headaches?
