I think the wound looks good considering. Oh the poor thing in his horrid cone. Keep us updated. He's become a favourite of mine. Remind me of one of those angelic looking kids who are REALLY naughty!

You have him down to a T! Although he has improved with age, he is extremely naughty and cheeky. Not to mention wacky and weird! The name Sneaks came about as a nickname that stuck, thanks to his sneakthief ways

wow that wounds not to bad. Be care full with that cone they are so dangerous, i wont let phoebe have one. My mum had to have stitches down one side of her face after her dog ran in to her wearing one. Made such a mess and hes only a westie. I can only imagine the mess if a larger dog caught you with the cone

I agree - I think that wound looks really good, especially considering the photo you posted of it when it happened.

Poor Sneaks with his cone of shame - for how long before his stitches are removed?

(((hugs))) for him. xx

I'm leaving the cone off as long as I can stop him nibbling (great excuse for cuddles on the sofa); he has it on when he goes to bed though. Thanks for the words of warning!

He's booked in for removal of stitches next weekend. The vet also said he could have clean lead walks now, yey

Oh what a relief this must be to you. It looked so blerdy awful and you were (understandably) in such a state.

Great news indeed.
