Malamute because they are big, which I prefer, and are gorgeous to look at.

I'm not a fan of terrier tenacity although the border terrier wouldnt totally be off my list.

I'd chose the border at the moment as I couldn't have a dog I had to keep onlead and make special provisions for with the lot I have now. If I had no other dogs, however, i'd probably choose the mal but the hairyness also is a downside, I don't like too much hair on my dogs.

I do like both breeds for different reasons.

Malamute as i am just dont a little dog fan and the mal is more my 'type' of dog.

Malamute for me, I think border terriers are cute but there's a couple of them that do the same walk as us and they always try to bite my 2 so it's kind of put me off

WEll my true reply would be neither but if I had to have one it would be a border, purely because I know more about them.
