well its all good at the moment.

she is keeping food and water down now, she has also been back to her normal self which she hasnt been for nearly 2 weeks.

The Vet was realy pleased with her and agreed with me she has had chronic gastritis.

as long as she keeps on the up we wont need to take her back till the stitches need to come on week on tuesday.

My dad had an illness last year where his (awkward) poop was colours of the rainbow. It was dry blood back from when he was losing weight and wouldn't eat. He was on medication to make him throw it up instead. It did the trick.

Try phoning the PDSA as you're on such short notice, they'll be happy to help Is your dog on any sort of medication and has she/he had a very bad infection/illness in its lifetime?

Also, if your vets want money up front for the medication try changing your dog insurance to something much cheaper yet healthier for your dog. You might also want to try changing to a new vet which has the medication available for either free or cheap. I hope I helped

Thanks everyone

Ronnie is much better today.
Back to her normal self keeping all food and water down atlast.

She will be going back a week tuesday to have stitches out.

I Will also be changing vets as they seemed very unreliable and didnt really know much or what to do.

im really considering doing my vet training as well, its something ive always wanted to do, and everyone in the family always askes me about their animals then goes to the vet

Great news that Ronnie is recovering well. If you have always wanted to study to be a vet then go for it - time passes so quickly.
