I watched that as well Mandy and thought it very well presented, I just wish all these people would teach their dogs not to pull and stop using chain leads and harnesses the only worse combination is a flexi!ead and harness. That lad was being dragged everywhere and the lady with Charlie had no real control over him either. I think its time that there was some effort made to get people to take puppies and any dogs they take on to classes. Good point made by everyone was @rsehole owners make @rsehole dogs
