Sorry Jenny not here at the mo so only just caught thread..I do hope Indie will be ok ...do you remember last week..people advising about dogs eating vomit..?? Did that get better and is this a new episode? will catch you wednesday.
Ps I agree with those who say starve then give rice/white fish/ but only a tiny amount at a time like a tablespoon every couple of hours... and I would give a tiny bit of honey like half teaspoon melted in a little hot water then added to live bio yogurt about three tablespoons...again only give a tablespoon of this mix at a time so not to overload the tummy

Shes been shaking all day and when we got home she pooed a river of brown water

He said if she doesnt stop vomiting in next 24 hrs we need to get her xrayed as she might have a blockage. Got home and shes been sick again

ive got poo all over me from where shes had the runs aswell
Hi Jenny

Really hope Indie gets better soon.

I think you meant "Metoclopramide" it is a tablet that hastens the stomach emptying and reduces acid reflux.

Metoclopramide also interferes with dopamine receptors in the brain. Since dopamine causes nausea. Metoclopramide can be an effective anti-nausea medication.

You may see a couple of temporary side effects side such as jitteriness, insomnia, or anxiety. The main thing is you got her down the Vets straight away.
