I think we always get an inner strength from somewhere when we need it. Now then come on this is supposed to be a happy party. So my next song is happy talking talking happy talk.

Evening All - Glad you had a nice lunch Moyra, do try and keep warm so you can enjoy the passing insanity of a Dogsey Party. Just wish we could stop all that dreadful wailing and caterwauling - must be some tom-cats doing a bit of courting outside!!lol! Ooooops! Sorry Brenda - didn,t realise you were booked for the vocals - thought we had you down for the Budgerigar Formation Flying - half time entertainment! Just hope June's Harpsichord can keep up with you (she finds the Arpeggio a might difficult since she broke that finger).
Do try and keep that Ms Hobbit off the tables (she's had two glasses of Poteen already) and the tables are from Ikea and so not very substantial. Have prepared a lrge bowl of diced chicken breast for Amber - don't want her to feel left out! See you shortly.

Nippy made it, absolutely massive so we had to hire a van to bring it and a fork lift to put it on the table, which collapsed, luckily the fork lift caught it on the way down, waiting for a reinforced table to arrive now, then you can blow out your candles. Fire Brigade on stand by, if they're not needed they're going to entertain us, some song about hats I think

Afraid I must deny any knowledge of "These boots were made for Walking" by the Sinatra's. Far too modern for my tastes. I'll whistle the bird-song bit from "In a Monastery Garden" and Brenda (who can be my beautiful assistant) for the evening, can put her performing budgies through their paces. Am expecting to bring the house down - well we do have June's Firemen on hand just in case.
