ROFL, oh that made me laugh so much...got an image of a dog growling at a great big bridge Sooo funny.

Dougal is making me smile at the moment, he's making it very difficult to type cause he's lying with his head on my knee and his ear is across the keyboard....

We have just got back from our walk in the sunshine, the dogs were so happy they were almost skipping along, and they were impeccably behaved, apart from snatching the horse poo!

Claire - Don't ever doubt it With me it's Rianna who never ever fails to make me feel happy, it might be her looking at me, it might be her enthusiastic licking me, or anyone of a number of things she does. Baruska is a bit different, nowhere near as affectioate, but when she isn't biting or snarling at me she can show great devotion and I'm convinced she would lay down her life to protect 'her' pack (That's me, OH, and Rianna of course )

Parker was very good today as we had just turned the corner on the heath and were confronted with a man walking 2 GSDs on leads and Parker was quite near off-lead. Sometimes he has his naughty moments when this close to other dogs as he is very sociable but I held my hand out and called "touch" and he came back! Good boy Parker!

I don`t.
I just sometimes feel some people are missing the point about having a pet because they are so obsessed with turning it into something it`s not - a robot or sop to their inflated ego.
Companion animals are fun. And they make our lives whole.

Took them all out up the big field and we met their friend Molly- young black lab, they played for ages and Simba shared his treats with her!! This is a big deal for him!!
Flint gave his precious frisbee to Mollys owner, another thing thats very unusual, hes not much of a people person. And Gemma socialised brilliantly and did a couple of good recalls...we wont mention the other attempts lol
Im so proud of my bunch of muppets hehe

Yay well said Claire

My dog always makes me smile - she is so sweet. I love the way she shoves her head beside my legs for a fuss and the way she comes to me if she thinks an insect has lande d on her, for me to get it off

I have to stroke her whole body, then she is fine and runs off again

Kia makes me smile every morning If I haven't woken up by half 8 on the dot she creeeeeeeps onto the bottom of my bed, tip-toes up to my head and licks me on the nose!

And when I open my eyes she has the happiest look on her face I can't help but laugh at her! This is closely followed by mad zoomies around the bedroom of course...
