Isn't it great! It's a £65 or so bed that we were lucky enough to get from the wholesalers, via a friend, for £22!! It's water resistant and very snuggly.

I haven't managed to find it online I'm afraid, which is a bummer as he'll have outgrown it soon.

I will be giving it away when he's too big for it, so watch this space ;o)

Never had a problem with the pressed rawhide bones. The small twisty ones are dodgy though, I had to pull one from a dog's throat once when she tried to swallow it whole. I but the large cigar ones or the big pressed bones rather than the knotted bones. They don't come off in large chunks, and it keeps them occupied for ages.

Gill, do you mean like these ones: http://www.pawscorp.com/images/130017sq.jpg

Also, if so (as I do remember him having one of these once and it was OK) what size are you supposed to give them?

Mine are fine with the cigar ones, I get them from Wilkinsons, the large ones I get. Keeps them chewing for ages and no big soggy clumps coming off

Yes that's what I get. I get the really big ones, about eight or nine inches long. They last much longer than rolled ones too.

Tonks has the very hard compressed hide bones, not the ones with the knots in it as she can easily chew off these notes and then she gets the long slimy bit that she tries to chew....and then bring back up, and then chew again etc. I have retrieved them from the back of her mouth/throat too often for my liking.

I let her chew the compressed ones, but remove any bits she manages to stretch out as i know she will try to swallow them.

I don't give my Lily rawhide bones. Rawhide is bleached and processed beef hide. Nylabones are a great alternative! Lily has been chewing on one for quite a while and hasn't been able to destroy it (she's known for destroying things within a couple days of getting it). They come in flavors like bacon!
