Thinking of all your poor terrified dogs out there tonight, it's worse than the week-end here, but I hope it'll all be over soon for you all. I almost feel guilty here that I now have a dog who is totally oblivious to all the loud bangs when I think of how some of you are suffering, because I went through that for many years with my previous dogs.

I've just got home from yoga and our two are lying on the rug in the kitchen next to each other. They never lie together (Robbie never lies in the kitchen) so must feel safe there.

We'll be glad when its over!

No sickness tonight from Skye but he's pacing around and shaking.

Loki was fine . We did go to see the display in the end (Michael decided he likes them after all - the whim of a toddler) and left the light and radio on and he was good when we returned.

After all my military planning it hasn't been that bad tonight so far. Saturday was worse. Typical lol.
There was even a lull during which I let them out for a pee with no stress. It's much, much quieter than last year, maybe because it's a Monday.

It's fairly quite here tonight. Friday there were quite a few, Saturday there were loads and last night two doors down had some hideous ones going on

Finally it's gone quiet, I think 11.30pm is a tad too late or am I just getting old??? Saturday was really bad, sunday a little quieter and tonight not too bad just late.
Oscar's not been that bad he's barked alot but he doesn't shake or anything. This year we used 'Anxiety' someone told me about though gratefull I don't think it had any effect on him at all but I guess we have to try these things out. I will be looking for something else next year any ideas gratefully accepted.
Fingers crossed thats it now til New Year then it's usually a 10 minute thing.
Big hugs to all dogs and stressed owners who can't do much about it xxx
