I think they have other shops now too, plus they do roadshows around the country too I think.

Absolutely spot on. The last pair I had were still good as new after 2 years of solid wear!

Same here - my one pair I have had for 2 winters - wear them all the time, so comfy. My other pairs are my "posh" ones but those too are really, really comfy.
It's because they are calf measured too.
