Well Harvey, if she can't stop, cutting down is the next best thing...so well done her, and well done you for stopping too. I had to stop, my orthopaedic surgeon told me I wouldn't heal whilst smoking and I thought that if he was good enough to operate on me then the least I could do was do what he wanted me too

Zen was out, told her to go to bed, went to put my shoes on, and she'd gone in. Checked before I got in bed and no one about. Will have to sort this hour thing out tomorrow once I've got everyone out and back safely, still on GMT here

Thinking whoever has got the old dog realises she's been abandoned virtually, and is keeping her safe
