Sorry to hear about Mo Nippy my heart sank when I read your thread, fortunately you had already been advised by other members to see the vet ASAP.
The vet will probably give Mo intravenous antibiotics overnight to check any infection.

I have both lost and saved dogs with Pyometra , speed is the important thing.

Hoping to hear good news about Mo tomorrow (hugs)

oh Nippy, I can imagine how worried you and Mr Nippy must be right now.

I know Mo has increased risks because of her heart murmor, but I am sure she will be in good hands tomorrow and they will take the best care of her. Its also reassuring to hear of so many other bitches that have come safely through the op.

All my thoughts and prayers will be with you tomorrow.x

I've only just caught this Jen but just wanted to let you know that i'll be thinking of you all tomorrow and hope it all goes well. Mo is tough old cookie so i reckon she'll be just fine.
