my heart sank when I read your thread, fortunately you had already been advised by other members to see the vet ASAP. The vet will probably give Mo intravenous antibiotics overnight to check any infection.
I have both lost and saved dogs with Pyometra , speed is the important thing.
Hoping to hear good news about Mo tomorrow (hugs)

I know Mo has increased risks because of her heart murmor, but I am sure she will be in good hands tomorrow and they will take the best care of her. Its also reassuring to hear of so many other bitches that have come safely through the op.
All my thoughts and prayers will be with you tomorrow.x
