she has no appeal or lost the right to appeal so it cant change now, she already has appealed once and it got squashed.
all thats left now is for her to be given a date if she isn't out by the date they will physically evict her from the premises with a police escort if needed.
the only delay should be were they are moving her on too.

thats great news, but be careful, she sounds like the type that will do her worst to you before she goes, poss even after she moves she may initialy come back to make life hard for you, she will not see it as her own fault/doing she will see it as you lost her the house, this is when things can get well nasty, not trying to worry you but fore-warned is fore-armed, keep an eye on the car and stuff, or even better stick it in the garage if you have one, keep us updated, shona x

I was thinking the same thing as Shona. Just keep your eyes open until she's actually gone.

pheww thank god Im not the only one who thinks this way, To be honest I have a friend in a similar sort of thing and have seen these type of people a million times over so past experiance has taught me never let your guard down, I dont want to upset eloquence or wind her up, Im just trying to help, but at least its going in the right direction for her, just so long as she is careful, thanks wufflehoond,
