Ok I won't go in to a big debate about this but in Paisley it was made a by law by the council to be illegal for an under 16 year to be out with a dog.

but I saw this does not happen as parents can be t***s at time lol

the main problem is not the kids walking dogs it is the macho people & general ass***** that walk dogs around my area that cause me the problems,

I need eyes at the back of my head at times watching out for other dogs.
