Very well done Mandy, thats a lot of bags of sugar you've got rid of.
Good idea Griff, will try a magnetic collar, she seems to have all of a sudden deteriorated, problem has been the exercise, I couldn't get them on the river, which really does improve her movement, Lona has escaped any knock on effect from not swimming, but it has affected Cariad. Even though she doesn't swim she does walk round in it and play ball on the beach with me, which she still did today, but nothing like as energetic as she normally is. I feel very fortunate to still have the pair of them at over 10 years old and I know we're on borrowed time for one of them, just can't bear it, but at the same time I would never leave them in pain. She doesn't seem to be in pain though, just struggling a bit. Horrid situation, but thats the high price for loving them isn't it.

these are what i got TW
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00HDF84...ing=UTF8&psc=1
More realistically priced than bioflow...i gave my bioflow away otherwise you could have had it. It is hard watching them slow down but i guess they are like people really, one minute everything is great...next thing...you are old!!!

Oh Griff do hope your finger isn' too sore. I am sure if you leave the plaster on for a few days it should seal an heal over.

Norma take no notice of idiots who don't understand the love we have for our dogs - money doesn't come into it as long as they recover.

Good that the girls have had a god time June. I used a magnetic collar on one of my old dogs and it seemed to work but when I tried it on another there was no difference so may have been due to what caused the discomfort.

Well done Mandy no gain is a winner

Been a lovely day here. Moss raked out of lawn - again - and grass cut. Walked OH to post office this afternoon and then left him to make his own way home whilst I continued to walk Teazle. Having said he would get lost he found his way

Lol Sue, did you stick a little tag on him if returned please return to sue and teazle and your address Lol
Moyra, good luck for tomorrow...you will be fine! if you get worried, take a deep breath and think of a happy memory
TW, i am not sure, allegedly there is a difference but the one i got has awesome reviews so that's good enough for me Lol i used to use armadillo collars but you have to take them off at night or leave them on at night and take them off in the evening and i kept forgetting Lol
Just took the dogs a quite walk...separately, deags and kota were both barking when they got left on their own...great!

Ha ha Sue,would you have reclaimed him if he had got lost
Got most of the dandelions and daisies out of the flattened mud patch that was my grass and some other stuff as well, all in a bin liner now and can go off with the binmen tomorrow. Still hot and sunny out, off for a shower and a siesta till tea time, they've got pigs trotters for tea, thats nice and easy, already cleaned and hosed down outside, so all I'll have to do is skip out and sweep up
Thanks Brenda, will check my little medicine chest and see if I have it or not
