Suka, my neighbours dog used to greet me like that, luckily he never actually put pressure on either
I can take ibuprofen in the day. I'm not sure about taking the tramadol in the day, still a bit scared about taking it.

Feel a bit better now I've had a soak and relaxed. I wouldn't be keen on Tramadol either, highly addictive as Moyra has said. I don't even take the full dosage of co codemol, I use the extra strong painkillers I was telling you about and they really do take the edge off even when it's really bad.
