Argh, just posted a really long post...and lost it...
The autism talk was really interesting, learnt stuff I didn't know.
I had to google diverticular disease, apparantly a high fibre diet helps, maybe wholemeal bread and greens like kale and broccoli, if you add these to his dinner or tea he might not notice diet change
Has anyone seen the idiots who been taking selfies on raillway lines? It's been on the news. I'll try and add a link

Hopefully this works, bunch of idiots. Don't understand why anyone wants to put themselves at risk like that

Feckin eejits Mandy!! The one I would feel sorry for is the train driver who could hit them...probably one of the most stupid things I have seen
He doesn't have a problem with going to the loo...he suffers the opposite....will have to talk to the Dr about it.
Good to hear the talk was interesting
Taken myself off to bed...worn out again...I haven't done anything either

Its just been on the news, no idea why someone would do that. We have a crossing over the line near to me and when I am up there walking (which I can't at the moment due to the Farnworth Tunnel Project) I look both ways and scurry across with the girls, the trains do sound their horns as the approach but its still scary. Apparently there's a bridge being built whilst they're doing the new tunnel. Its going to be so different up there once they're finished, they've taken down most of the trees, in fact all of them, built a road coming off the by pass to and from Bolton just for the construction vehicles. Be years and years before it all grows back
Used to be lovely walk through the woods, very quiet and peaceful

The place where I used to walk Rosie has been taken over and where I walked been fenced off with access. So peaceful up there with hardly any people. Used to love going up there, took me ages to find somewhere else.
Going to bed now, see you all in morning

Night Mandy
TW, when I was with mark my ex, we used to have to go over one of those crossings.... I hated it and used to go the long way round even though it took me an extra 20minutes...was always scared of being squished
