Dear all,Stanley still in hospital,v poorly but stable & not on critical list😞bloods back ok but scan this pm to rule out anything else, vet fairly convinced something he ate as opposed to a virus but scan will confirm.hes getting a bit depressed & still suffering bloody diarrhoea 😥insurance dealing direct with vet so that's something we don't have to think about😊providing scan doesn find anything it's down to him & his little body & nursing support.Have to say Norman his friend is carrying as normal, not fussed at all!!Thank you for your kind words, that's the trouble with animals but couldn imagine not having any😊x

Morning all,Stan's scan was clear from anything sinister but they can now see why he's so poorly as his gut is very badly inflamed😞so continuing with fluids, pain relief, anti vomit, antibiotics etc & it's time & down to him, poor little dog!am waiting for txt update from overnight, vet did say that he will have more diarrhoea as they could see pockets of fluid that will come out😳fingers crossed he will pick up soon.Again thank you all for you kind words & support,we all know what it's like when they are poorly x

Poor little Stan - I do hope that all the treatment is going to sort out his inflamed gut very quickly and that he will be back home soon. More {{{vibes}}} for him and I think you could do with some (((hugs)))

Oh dear nobody could have expected this to go on as it has. My heart goes out to you, I know what it is like to worry about your pets as they are family. I do hope that Stan soon recovers, God bless.
