She is not going anywhere. Not her fault yesterday and she is so happy now. Think she was left for 5 or 6 hours while I was at the hospital, maybe longer. Has to be on a light chain leash so she cannot crash anything over if she has a seizure like the television again.

Did hook the door rope out of reach but she managed to reach it and it is now in 10 and 20cm lengths, not to worry got metres of the stuff but as soon as I heard her barking when the taxi brought me home was like wonderful. No way is Ram coming today because she is not ready and yes I will cope somehow.

Wish I could see properly but good eye black balloon closed and will not open an other eye rather useless plus smashed computr specs so using spares which are on end of my nose because of balloon black eye. I mean 20 stitches over and round it?

Lots of screaching injections anasthaeic ones so poor nurse had to hold me down but once they worked did not feel much - well a bit but not much and kept saying to real dishy eye doctor how many now?

Hospital was WONDERFUL. ER nurses so different from when I had been thhere before. CT scan and Xrays cannot say how good, ditto eye doctor. And this was late evening then early night?

Think qquite a few spoke English but do not remember as I was speaking hetsi hetsi, half and half English/Hebrew and was being asked questions in Hebres anf being rather deaf really do not know what language was said.

Wish I could open my left eye as having to peer at the screen. Looked in the mirror and wish I had not. Refused to be admitted because Pereg was alone but when I heard her bark when she heard the taxi outside was like wonderful PEREG I LOVE YOU

So chuffed to hear the pair of you are still going strong, you're a tough pair of old birds that's for sure.
No point telling you to take it easy, but maybe the pair of you can catch up on some sleep today, and make today incident free at least.

I am old Pereg is not. And she is not ready to go but I thought yesterday was time. It was not as she is a stubborn girl and if she will not give in then I will not. But had to phone Ram this morning to tell him not yet. And he was so happy.

Might be any time but NOT NOW.

Got problem that my only good eye will not open and has 20 stitches round it and other eye not work well so have to lean at monitor to make sure no typos.

But Pereg Bless her seems OK and she ain't agoin' anywhere tiday.
Spoke to Ram and he promised to come round when it is really time but is not yet now. Dunno about in half an hour but now is not the time.

Da,m it I wish I could open my good eye but it is a mess and 20 stitches round an eye plus sterisrips means I can not open it - and black and swollen like a tennis ball.

But Pereg is OK and sh e is more important.

Now got to worry about my earrings and neck chain tje nurses took off for the CT - they are in my bag but I cannot put them back. Earrings nor importand I have two ech ear but my neck chain and my Star of David I have worn for over 40 years and I want it back on.

Aw Malka I am routing for you and your health. I am so pleased that Pereg is OK. Don't give up on her, as I know you won't. As I said, one person told me to have her pts when she was taking 40 fits at a time, but I would not do that. The increased phenos worked well for her and then she was also put on potassium bromide and her fits became less and less. The downside of them was that they went for her liver. But she did have 8 years and loved every one of them.

It must be so difficult though for you when you are poorly but you have the strength and will and putting that over matter, things will get better for you, I am sure. Pity we are so far apart but my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Hugs to you and cuddles to Pereg - and I am here for you and routing for you. Chin up lass, as the saying goes.

xxxx

Rose I remember asking one of the nurses what the time was and when she said 11pm saying got to go home give Pereg her meds. And they kept saying have to wait for CT and then the eye specialist and saying got to get home for the dog.

Think it is good that she has Pb TID and not the normal BID so not so bad.

But Pereg is more important than me and wonderful though the nurses were they could not understand that. They were all very good though.

Did not like anasthaetic injections round round my eye - think it was a male nurse who had to hold me down, but once done eye doctor very good at putting in the stitches and I ikept asking how many now and it ended up as 20

And Pereg was fine and so happu to see me home. Never left her so long before and could not cope with getting the Pension to collect her but made the hospial let me out and take the IV canula out of my arm as I had to get home to her. Of course I did.

So glad you and Pereg both survived to tell the tale!
As you say, not time YET, hang on to that! And though your eye must be very painful you still HAVE it, it could easily have been a lot worse.

Esau and I are sending you and Pereg lots of <<<<healing and calming vibes>>>>>>. Have a nice, quiet, calm day, the both of you!

((((Hugs)))))
